Most survivors never learn they have a civil case — or assume justice is something they can't afford. We exist to change both.
Every year, survivors of sexual abuse and serious personal injury are told the same things: the statute has run, the prosecutor declined, nothing can be done. Too often, none of that is true in civil court — survivors simply never meet the attorney who could tell them so.
The Survivor Justice Alliance is a national network built to close that gap. We connect survivors with attorneys who dedicate their practice to civil justice — and we make the connection free, confidential, and survivor-paced.
Survivors are believed here. You will never be cross-examined by us. Justice shouldn't depend on money. Referrals are free and alliance attorneys work on contingency. You set the pace. Reaching out commits you to nothing.
We are an attorney referral and advocacy organization. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. When you request a referral, we connect you directly with an independent attorney in your state who can advise you on your specific situation.
